It’s been a very busy week in the Lidbom house.
I have almost completed my first full week back to school.
It’s so hectic everyday, with both of us trying to get out the door.
If Isaac is sleeping, we have lots of spare time on our hands, because we plan on him being awake and we get up at the crack of dawn. Actually, it’s before the crack of dawn now that the time has changed.
After I pick him up at night, we eat, play a little, cry a little, take a bath and start the nighttime process. It seems to go by in the blink of an eye.
So, here’s a couple of awesome updates on the monster….
1. He has slept for 5 or more hours for three nights in a row. On Tuesday night, he slept from 8:30 until 2:30, Wednesday from 8:30 until 1:30 and last night from 8:30 until 2:00. After that, he’s a little restless. I think he still sleeps, but he grunts and groans and twist and whines. Wines? I don’t know. Usually around 5:30, he gets up, eats and zonks back out until Derek takes him to Jena’s.
2. He rolled over yesterday. I put him down for some “tummy time” and he was grunting and pushing and kicking. The next thing I knew, he was flopped over on his back. He seemed a bit stunned by this new change in position. I flipped him back over, and he wasn’t very happy about that.
So, our boy is on the move…
On another note… It’s quite crappy outside. Just in time for the weekend. 🙁
