of all the gifts that isaac received for christmas (bike, etch-a-sketch, toy story figurines, art supplies, books, super mario figurines, boring jammies), none has provided more fun than the melissa and doug wooden cupcake kit that derek brought home at the last minute from ac moore. in fact, i was a little mad, because we had already spent so much on him. i’m glad i didn’t go to any drastic measures to make him return them… we’ve had about 43 birthday parties since christmas. for each of us many times, as well as a few celebrations for different toys, most recently, jessie the yodeling cowgirl…
