you say you want a resolution

well, you know…

um, these are my new year’s resolutions.

1. go to the gym at least 3 times a week.
2. walk at least 6 times a week for 30 minutes.
3. combine resolutions 1 and 2 with a better diet to attain my pre-isaac weight.
4. be more productive during my stay-at-home-mom time. (don’t watch so much tv, that is).

that’s all.
to start off, i went to the gym today, walked today, and ate relatively well today (extremely well compared to the last two weeks of my life).
we’ll see if i can keep it up tomorrow and be vaguely more productive.
