after several months of selling decorated cookies cakes under the annababy cookie cakes name, anna decided to rebrand. her new business name is the cookie coop, and she sells cookies by the dozen.
every week, she announces two to three cookies of the week, people place their orders, and she spends the better part of the weekend baking her little heart out. sometimes in skates.
when she first got started and was testing out recipes, we took lots of photos for her instagram. and ate lots of cookies. 🙂
she got her big break when village fabric shop was celebrating their 3 year birthday and ordered 5 dozen from her. she put out business cards and recruited tons of new customers.
she’s been making a killing and we have worked to make the system a little more sustainable for me, the person who procures ingredients and helps distribute the cookies. and occasionally likes to use the kitchen on the weekends.
