The weekend FLEW by me with record speed. I went to a craft “festival” at my Sunday School teachers house with some other members of the class on Saturday. We made soup mix and Christmas bags and Cookie In A Jar mix. Good times.
Then Derek and I took Lucy to the park to frollick with the other local pooches. She ran herself out and we returned to the homestead. I worked for several hours on a t-shirt design for my old Sunday School class at my Old Church. Then, as I attempted to save the enormous file, Photoshop closed and I lost all my hours of hard labor. I was sad. And I decided (in the best interest of my computer and other desk possessions) that I would call it quits for the night.
Today I, well, redrew the t-shirt, of course. I saved about every 1.5 minutes. It’s done, and after it goes to press, I’ll post it for all to see. For now, you’ll just have to wait patiently. 🙂
I finished all my school work and I’m off to bed in a hot second. Things are about to be hectic for me for the next 5 months. Basketball begins tomorrow. Now it’s getting fun…..
Sounds like a fun weekend! I’ve been waiting on a new entry…still checking every day.
I guess now they’ll become even fewer with the basketball season. You’re going to experience some of the best (and worst) times of teaching and coaching beginning today…or so Jim tells me. Just don’t forget to schedule time for yourself and Derek! You can’t be good at either job if you don’t squeeze in some ME time.
Hope to see you soon!
Teresa
Coach-
I thought you did a great job today! Thanks for all of the hard work. It’s going to be a great season and I appreciate having you on staff.
