treasure map cake

lorena and i made this cake today for lincoln’s birthday. it was a lot of fun to make. looking back, the decision to use mounds of graham cracker crumbs for the islands probably wasn’t the best plan, as it made it hard to get the frosting to stay put, but it looks cool…
