The 2004-2005 school year is about to come to a close. We have two days of exams, tomorrow and tuesday and that’s it.
I have 75ish kids testing in both algebra one and two. My worth as an educator will be determined by the number of 1s, 2s, 3s and 4s I get on the End-of-Course tests. It’s ridiculous.
It was a good year. My first full year. At a real school. I have no complaints.
I really like the kids. Mostly.
I would like to not be in a trailer, but it’s a good thing to laugh about, so it’s not SO bad.
Hopefully I get some good classes next year, but if I get the same exact schedule, I can’t complain. The hard work is done.
Um, that’s all. I need to get some rest so I can proctor for 5 hours tomorrow. Bleh.
