Our baby won’t sleep. For hours. It’s not just a “sleep through the night” issue. He just would rather be awake. This wouldn’t be so bothersome, if he was happily awake. But, he cries and cries and cries. I don’t know if it’s digestion problems. His food sure is making it’s way out the other end. I […]
Better Night
We had a much better night last night…The boy slept from 11 until 2ish. Then we fed him and he chilled back out and slept with me from 4 until 7am. It wasn’t great sleep, but sleep it was (for me, that is). This morning, however, is a different tale. He’s not really slept much […]
Rough Night
So, Baby Isaac T. decided that he wasn’t going to go to sleep last night. He ate and ate and ate. Had a number of diaper changes. Cried. Cried more. But, not much sleeping. I was asleep for most of this, because he super nice husband decided to handle the boy for a few hours […]
Day 1 – On our own
My mom and Terry and Jake (and canine, Zeke) left this morning. It was sad. Now we are all alone in our parenting duties. Overall, it went well. It’s definitely tiring. Turns out, I was also 4 cm dialated and having contractions (although I didn’t feel them). Since the ultrasound […]

On our way to the first post-hospital doctor’s visit. This suit might be a tad large…. Chillin’ in the lap of Kristen Boone: Me and the boy, relaxing: In the lap of my mom, Grandma Debbie:
Isaac T. Lidbom is here!
This is Derek posting on Sarah’s behalf (because she is fatigued). Isaac was born on January 24th, 2007. He weighed 7 lbs. 14 oz. and was 22.25″ long. That is all for now.
Wii Update
Derek Lidbom is suffering from extreme muscle soreness after playing an excessive amount of Wii Sports (bowling, tennis, boxing and baseball). The game is definitely as dangerous as we were warned.I would advise that you clear out all open beverage containers and other possible carpet damaging vessels. 🙂 But, it’s fun.
